Ordering and Shipping
Where are you located?
We're based in Metro Manila, Philippines but we can ship all over the world. Message us if you'd like to know if we ship to your specific address!
Am I allowed to make changes to my order or shipping address?
Please ensure your information is correct before submitting your order. For any changes related to your order, please send us a message on our social media pages or email us at cadadia@keylabventures.com within 3 hours from order placement.
Once your order has been booked and/or shipped out, we can no longer modify the details of your order.
Do you accommodate same day deliveries via Grab, Lalamove, Mr. Speedy, etc.?
Yes, but only within Metro Manila. Feel free to reach out to us via our social media pages or email (cadadia@keylabventures.com), and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
When will my order be shipped out?
Orders are shipped out twice a week. Cut-off for payments is at 8PM on the day before the scheduled pick-up date. Please send us a message for more details on our shipment schedule.
When will my package be delivered?
Please allow 1-3 business days for Metro Manila orders, and 2-7 business days for provincial orders in the Philippines. These times may be extended during holidays, launches/restocks, and promotions, so we hope for your patience.
Note: We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by, but not limited to, the following: natural occurrences, air/ground transportation strikes/delays, COVID community quarantines.
Returns / Refunds / Exchanges
Do you allow returns or refunds?
If your items are damaged when they reach you, please let us know within 7 days from the date of delivery. Kindly send a photo of your items through our social media pages or email, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Do you allow exchanges?
All sales are final and we do not offer exchanges, unless the products are damaged when it reaches you.
