The Php500 fee counts as a reservation fee for the personalization session, which is deductible from your total bill, should you make a purchase. The prices of our leather folios follow the standard amounts listed on our website.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- If you attend your appointment but decide not to purchase a leather folio, your reservation fee will be fully reimbursed. If you do not attend your appointment, your reservation fee will be forfeited.
- Cancellations made at least 3 days before your scheduled personalization session are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 3 days of your scheduled session are not eligible for a refund.
FAQ
Can I take home my leather folio or charm right away?
- All folios are available for pre-order only. We’re bringing very limited stocks to the cafe, mainly for viewing and trying out sizes, colors, cords, and charms in person.
What's the purpose of a cafe meet up?
- It’s a chance to see the folios in real life, try different cord/beaded charm combinations, and find the one that feels most like you. You can finalize your picks and place your pre-order during the meet-up.
What do the available charms look like?
- Orders placed during the meet-up will be shipped out within 3–5 business days for onhand stocks. If your leather folio is for pre-order, your order will be shipped out after 3-4 weeks.
Do I need to book a slot to attend?
- Yes, booking a time slot is required to make sure we can accommodate everyone properly and give you enough time to explore the folio options.
Can I personalize my folio at the meet-up?
- Yes! You can choose your folio size, leather color, cord wrap, charm, and even add personalization like initials, names, or a phrase. We’ll be there to help with that!
- We’ll be bringing charms exclusively available for cafe meet ups only, so come by if you can!
